What is a Same-Day Restoration?

Normally, you'd need to make more than one visit to the dentist to have a dental crown, inlay or onlay placed. However, with CEREC technology our dentists can complete the entire procedure in one easy visit.

CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) allows for the fabrication of same-day ceramic dental restorations. Our dentists in Stayner use CEREC technology to place veneers, crowns, inlays and onlays in just one appointment.

Dental Crowns

These porcelain caps are placed on top of teeth to restore their appearance and function. Crowns are used to repair a cracked tooth, cover implants, attach bridges or restore a discoloured tooth to its natural appearance.

Veneers

Veneers are very thin pieces of durable, tooth-shaped porcelain that are custom-made and bonded to the front of your natural tooth to help improve the symmetry, shape or colour of your smile.

Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are tooth-coloured porcelain fillings that are used to repair cavities when the damage is too extensive for a standard dental filling, and are typically used for molars.
